Aviator Scrolls feature DebSpecs Scrolling Lenses!
What the heck are scrolling lenses?
Scrolling lenses are high end blue light & UV filtering lenses with magnification on the bottom. You can watch TV across the room through the no power top while peering at your phone through the magnified bottom!
Questions?
- What if I scroll, but I'm young and I don't need reading glasses? Choose the "no power".
- What if I scroll only, but don't watch TV or otherwise multi task? Choose the FULL LENS, the whole lens will be magnified, you will save a few bucks, too!
Bifocals, like online eyeglass stores, may be a dime a dozen but affordable high end blue filter BIFOCAL lenses are VERY hard to find. DebSpecs Scrolling Lenses have excellent blue light & UV filtering properties. This reduces glare on video calls, and also reduces blue light induced insomnia. The bifocal version is a LINED bifocal, not invisible. They are high end optical cr90 material and in addition to bifocal are available in full magnified lenses or no-power.
Classic Aviator wire rim frames are perfect for retro and contemporary looks and trending yet again!
Scrolling Lenses DO have a slight to moderate amber tint which is important to promote a healthy sleep cycle. 99% UV and 32% blue light filtration.
✔May prevent insomnia
✔Reduce eyestrain and fatigue from computer use
✔Minimizes glare on video calls
- 5-1/3" x 1-6/10" for average to wide faces.
- 55-17-140
- Spring Hinges
- Choose bifocal or full lens. These are NOT hidden bifocals, they have a line on the outside of the lens. Why not? That's a whole other story, and though sad, we need to let everyone know there's no such thing as an invisible bifocal.
- Hard case included
- The virtual try on tint isn't exactly accurate, but it gives you a general idea. Tint is not milky in real life, and looks much nicer. Also, for most accurate sizing, it's important to enter your pd.
This bifocal has no power on top, with the bifocal reader on the bottom. Are you looking for two powers? Check out our
Dual Strength Bifocal Section, which can also be purchased with Blue Guard computer lenses.
