Can’t Place Order: Are you trying to use a different shipping than billing address? Only use your SHIPPING address. Your order should then go through. Not your fault, this is a known issue that we are in the process of fixing. Otherwise, leave a message and we will help you asap
Can’t log in: Sometimes people try to reset their password, but they unwittingly do so on the wrong page. They're on the normal login page, not the PASSWORD RESET page. This can throw errors, and you can wind up in capcha hell. To avoid this: Once you click the password reset button, look for the email from us. Then ONLY follow the links in that email. OCCASIONALLY our customers still have issues. We will have to tweak some things from our end. Contact us, and we will address it as soon as possible.
Do you accept Flex spending or HSA cards?
Yes, as of 2014 we accept almost all flex spending account cards, and HSA cards. This is in addition to the traditional forms of payment: Master, Visa, Amex, Discover and Paypal.
The particular pair of glasses I want doesn't give me the option to choose a color.
In a few of our eyeglass styles, we can only buy assorted colors. It is therefore very difficult to sell these items by color. Most folks don't mind. However, if you love one color exclusively, you can write a note in the MESSAGE BOX when you check out. If we cannot honor your request, we simply will not ship it, and will not charge you for that item.
How can I see if my order has been shipped yet?
On the day your order ships, we send you an email with tracking information. This automated email gets sent out about 6pm ET. Please call (516) 935-4584 or email support@debspecs.ahw2m.net if you have more specific questions on your order progress.

How can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Because our orders are processed very, very quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled, because we may not be able to catch it before it is billed and sent out. However, you can always return it for a refund once you receive it, as detailed in our Refund and Exchange Info Page.
What do the sizes on the glasses mean? For example,
1 1/4" x 5"?
The larger number is the width of the eyeglass frame, measured from the outermost edge of one temple to the other. The smaller number represents the height, from the top of the frame to the bottom, at it's tallest point.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Our items are refundable within 30 days. You can find all the details on our Refund and Exchange Info Page.
How do I know what reading glass strength to buy?
Ready-to-wear reading glasses are helpful for people with Presbyopia, which is the normal aging of the lens of the eyes which causes difficulty reading or seeing details up close. They are not helpful for astygmatism, seeing distances, or vision loss that differes in each eye. You can get an idea of what strength you need by printing up our Eye Chart.Remember, however, that this is not intended to replace an examination by an eye care professional, who can determine eye health and specific vision needs.
